Privacy Policy

What this site collects

This site does not track visitors, and it does not require an account to browse. The only personal data collected is what you choose to submit yourself, through one of two forms:

  • Contact form — name, email address, and message.
  • The Brief questionnaire — the same, plus the business, audience, and design-related answers you provide about your project.

How it's used

Submitted information is used only to read, evaluate, and respond to your enquiry. It is not used for marketing, profiling, or any purpose beyond that conversation, and it is never sold or shared with advertisers.

How it's processed

Both forms are submitted through Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service. Web3Forms receives the form data just long enough to relay it by email to joseph.katsitadze@gmail.com — it is not used by Web3Forms for any other purpose. Their handling of data in transit is governed by Web3Forms' own privacy policy, which is worth reading if you want the full picture.

Retention

Once delivered, submissions live as email in the recipient's inbox and are kept for as long as reasonably needed to manage the correspondence — typically the length of a project conversation, sometimes longer for record-keeping. You can ask for a submission to be deleted at any time.

Your rights

You can request a copy of any data you've submitted, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by emailing joseph.katsitadze@gmail.com.

Changes

This policy may be updated as the site evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date.

Cookies

What this site sets

Nothing. This site does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, and it does not read or write browser storage (cookies, localStorage, or sessionStorage) of its own.

Third-party cookies

The Contact and Brief forms are submitted directly to Web3Forms' API. Web3Forms may use minimal, functional cookies as part of processing a submission and filtering spam. These are set by Web3Forms, not by this site, and only come into play at the moment you submit a form — see their privacy policy for specifics.

If that changes

If analytics or other tracking is added to this site in future, this section will be updated first, and a consent banner will be added where required by law.
